Mrs. Frances Falk Rudd, wife of Charles Rudd, died. The decease of Mrs. Rudd breaks another link in the descendants of a neighborhood group who emigrated from Horse Neck about the time of the revolution and settled in the southern borders of Pine Plains. These families were Smith, Finch, Huested, Mead and Winans.
