On a charge of conspiracy in the Ancram murder of her mother-in-law, Mrs. Beulah Simons, the deceased’s daughter-in-law was taken into custody. Three depositions state that on three separate occasions the daughter-in-law conspired with the youth that killed Mrs. Simons. Mrs. Simons was bludgeoned with an axe and her body buried under straw.
