The entertainment at the Presbyterian church this evening was attended. As an elocutionist, Miss Baright was a disappointment, for she entirely failed to achieve anything like what a Pine Plains audience expects of a professional. There are a number of young ladies in our village who can surpass her. Miss Sarah Dueul rendered some vocal solos with grace and skill and won loud applause and called forth an emphatic encore. Mrs. Case accompanied her on piano and also rendered solos in an artistic manner.
