Maud Wright, daughter of John H. Wright, while crossing the trestle near Haight’s in Bangall was overtaken by a train and attempted to hold fast of the timbers under the track while the train was passing, but obliged to loosen her hold and fell to the ice below, a distance of several feet and received a severe bruising, but no broken bones. She is but seven years old.
