Three Pine Plains men were convicted of third degree assault and sentenced to 30 days in the county jail for assaulting a Rhinebeck motorist after being involved in a minor crash with him on Rock City Schoolhouse Rd. They beat the man until he was unconscious. A fourth youth was convicted of leaving the scene of an accident and a fifth of public intoxication.
