With dangerously low temperatures and a wind chill warning in effect, the Ancram Town Hall will be open as a warming center from 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3 through 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5. The door from the parking lot will be open and interior Town Hall lights will be on. Stay warm and stay safe!
