    The parade features the Rhinebeck Aerodrome, the Amerscot Highland Pipe Band, and more;  a ceremony will follow at Milan Town Hall.  There will be a rededication at Rowe Cemetery to honor local Revolutionary War veterans, followed by ice cream.
