Tracy Picard of Clinton Corners died on March 28 at Vassar Hospital. She was 55.
Born on June 1, 1970, in Mt. Kisco, N.Y., she was the daughter of Judy and Peter Fetzer, Sr.
She was raised in Pleasant Valley and graduated from Arlington High School in 1988. Fetzer worked at Vassar College for 36 years, most recently in its facilities management department.
Picard is survived by her husband, Gary Picard; her mother; two brothers, Peter Fetzer Jr. and James (Theresa) Fetzer; and extended family members.
A celebration of Picard’s life will be held on April 25 at 11 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian
Church in Salt Point.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be made in Picard’s name to the Glioblastoma Foundation at GlioblastomaFoundation.org.
