The show animals to be wintered by Supervisor Carman arrived on the bridge railroad. They comprise two zebras, thirty ponies, an elk, three horned ox, hairless horse, a lot of camels, sacred cattle, mules, goats, llamas, a water buffalo, a native buffalo, dogs and other beasts.
