
Gloria J. Arsenault of Elizaville died on Sept. 1 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie. She was 76.
Arsenault was born on May 18, 1949, in Sharon, Conn., the daughter of Harry and Hannah Liner Flint. She married Philip “Butch” Arsenault on Feb. 11, 1966, in Pine Plains.
Arsenault worked at Cornerstone of Rhinebeck for more than 37 years, retiring in 2018.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years; four children: Brenda Jahoda, Michele (John) Jennings, Tina (Earl) Lyons and Tammy (David) Lyons; two brothers: Bruce (Denise) Flint and Francis (Arlene) Flint; 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Her son, Brian Arsenault, and three brothers, Bill Flint, Bub Flint and David, died before her.

I’m so sorry to hear this. Gloria was a good friend and great neighbor for 8 years. My sincere condolences go out to Phil who is also a great friend and neighbor. I’m sorry I wasn’t aware of Gloria passing sooner. I will miss our talks. May she rest in peace with the Angels ❤️🙏🏻
