Wellness Wednesdays: Low- and No-Cost Ways to Improve Your Mental and Physical Well-Being

Have you been thinking about ways to improve your state of mind but don’t know where to start? Teens and adults are invited to come to the Copake Grange, and hear about proven everyday ways to feel better. Learn how to incorporate practices that improve mental and physical well-being into your life. Presenters are Monique Rinere, PhD, LP, psychoanalyst, psychotherapist and personal coach, and Brittany Clarke, Behavioral Health Specialist at Columbia Memorial Health. A buffet dinner will be served afterward.
