Strength and Coordination with Alysia at the Pine Plains Free Library

Building strength, flexibility and coordination through basic movement and fitness exercises drawn from Pilates, dance and yoga. Alysia is offering a class every Monday for people interested in promoting their physical wellness. The class includes time dedicated to warm-up, physical exercise targeting different parts of our bodies, and gentle stretching. Dress in comfortable clothes and sneakers or flexible shoes. Please arrive a few minutes before our start time.
