Health Care Navigator Appointments

Roeliff Jansen Community Library hosts a Healthcare Consortium navigator the second Monday of each month. A navigator helps you shop, compare and enroll in affordable health insurance–including Medicaid and Child Health Plus. Navigators can also assist with applying for financial assistance to help pay for coverage. These services are free of charge, but you must make an appointment by calling 518-822-9600.
