Ancram Resilient Gardens and Farms Hosts Blake Myers of Tri-Corner F.E.E.D.

Tri-Corner F.E.E.D. Market is committed to supporting local farmers and equitable food access.. Blake Myers grew up on a farm and is director of Tri-Corner’s Food Programs. She will share the story of how the store was conceived and the three initiatives that underpin it’s mission: The Tri-Corner’s Food Sovereignty Fund, that makes it possible to pay farmers in advance for their harvests and supplies food to community hunger relief organizations; the Community Advocates for Food Security Coalition, and the Rooted Resilient program that supports sustainable farming practices.  All are welcome to this free program at Ancram Town Hall, sponsored by Ancram Resilient Gardens and Farms.
