A NYC policeman, Brian Mulhall, was seriously injured when he was allegedly assaulted by three men outside the Silver Mountain Inn. Mulhall, 39, commutes to New York from his Sawchuck Rd., Millerton home. Arrested and charged with assault first degree, class C felony, unlawful imprisonment, class E felony, conspiracy fourth degree, class E Felony and criminal possession of a weapon, class A misdemeanor were G. T., 44, of McGhee Hill Rd., owner and operator of the Silver Mountain Inn, T. C. 27, of Rt. 199, Millerton and W. F., 18, of Kiley Rd., Hamilton, NY.
