
Janet E. Dillinger of Clinton Corners died on Feb. 1 at her home. She was 90.
Dillinger was born in Poughkeepsie on March 2, 1934, to Roscoe and Nettie (Mallard) Krom. She married William (Mike) Dillinger upon their graduation from Pine Plains Central School in 1952. He died in 2014.
Dillinger is survived by her four children, Kim (Eric) Sprossel, William (Bill) Dillinger Jr., Michael (Catherine) Dillinger and Lori (Michael) Zampko. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Marc, Laurann, Billy, Mikey, Mandy, Cat, Zachary, Josh, Ben; nine great grandchildren: Jaylen, Alyssia, Teyden, Maliah, Hannah, Victoria, Alivia, Shae, Ava; and one great great grandchild, Asher. She is also survived by a brother, Donald Krom, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Roscoe Krom, and sisters Florence Duncan and Betty Schultz.
A reception will be held on Feb. 15, from 10 a.m. until noon at Peck & Peck Funeral Homes, 7749 S. Main Street, Pine Plains, followed by a service officiated by the Rev. Jan Brooks. A private interment will take place at the Stanford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations may be made to the Stanford Fire Company, 6096 Route 82, Stanfordville, NY 12581.
